Stenell Myers — CEO & Founder

Stenell Myers is a mission-driven entrepreneur, business owner, investor, and community advocate with over a decade of experience in youth development and social services.

She is the Chief Executive Officer of multiple community-based businesses, including:

JOY (Just Our Youth) Making a Difference — a before- and after-school and summer program, with a child care center for ages 10–13 at the Millville Financial & Entrepreneurial Café Campus, offering before- and after-school care with summer hours with a focus on financial literacy, entrepreneurship, AI learning, and life skills.

Every child will learn financial independence before 9th grade with a strong foundation in math.

A Second Touch — a support coordination agency that currently serves 145 individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities across New Jersey, with plans to expand to 300. The agency is committed to connecting individuals with personalized supports that promote independence, dignity, and inclusion.

Money Therapy Institute (since 2018) — helping adults navigate financial literacy, build confidence with money, and break cycles of financial hardship

Since 2015, Stenell has been changing students’ lives across New Jersey — beginning in Paulsboro High School and Loudenslager Elementary with STEM and career exploration programs. Her vision was to give students more than academics — to provide real tools for life, entrepreneurship, and leadership. Today, JOY has expanded to a new campus in Millville, NJ, serving families and preparing the next generation of leaders.

“Help families break the generational cycle of poverty, ensuring that children achieve academic success.”

With every venture, Stenell’s commitment remains the same: to empower families, strengthen communities, and create systems that lead to independence, dignity, and opportunity.
